Charlie was fantastic! We had a plumbing issue that several others looked at, and they all suggested expensive, messy fixes like removing the ceiling. It felt like they were more interested in creating big bills than solving the actual problem. Charlie, on the other hand, took the time to properly diagnose the issue.
