Jack from Orella Group came to relace an incoming water ball switch. It's impressed to me with his professional and perfect job, in all steps of cutting, sanding, soldering and clean/checking. He has been well trained being good knowldgable. Lucky for a company to have him as well as us customers.
This morning Charlie from Orella Group came to assess a couple emergency plumbing issues in my home. He was able to fix the issues to the best of his ability. He was very helpful, respectful of our home and knowledgeable in his field as we had one particular issue that 3 plumbers have been unable to fix but Charlie did quickly. We are thankful for him and his expertise.

Jack came to my house and did an amazing job , he was polite and respectful and explained everything and fixed the issue i was having . highly recommended
