I bought a Boss plow for my Polaris ranger. Special order of course. Worked great the first time. 2cd time, not so great. Pump was bad and it was snowing hard at my commercial business. I called these guys expecting to have to trailer my rig to their shop. Not the case. Jeff O'Reilly came to me within the hour, figured out what was wrong, had a repair guy there less then an hour later! AWESOME service!!! Also, most of their prices are inline with competitors. My company purchased a '16 enclosed trailer that was all customized for our needs. The trailer is beautiful and the service was great!!!
I called about a leftover '16 utility trailer,expecting it to cost less than a '17. The owner was not able to recognize that a leftover should be less expensive than a '17. He spoke about how he was all about customer service. When asked how competitors could charge a hundred dollars less on a brand new '17, he told me couldn't live on making less than his %, even if competition could, money talks and I the customer don't matter.
