Edward ORielly is the most incompetent attorney I have ever known or heard about. He represented me in a Breath Analyzer Refusal before the Registry. On the date of the hearing he showed up two hours late with no documents not even a briefcase and was in a hurry to get out of there to see a sick relative in the hospital. I was transported from the police station to the hospital and could not have refused. The Police stated the time I refused was the same time the ambulance report had me in the ambulance on a monitor.
