First impression is always important and this place is bad.delivery vans scattered all over the place. Employees dressed sloppy.very poor image for O'Reilly. I thought the stores were bad but it's the presence of O'Reilly in arizona. I've been to O'Reilly in other states and this phoenix is the worst
