What a joke.went to pickup parts.absolute joke.seems the place is lacking management. Short women with gray hair very poor attitude named Maria poor attitude and seems to only speak Spanish. First impression is always important and this place is bad.delivery vans scattered all over the place. Employees dressed sloppy.very poor image for O'Reilly. I thought the stores were bad but it's the presence of O'Reilly in arizona. I've been to O'Reilly in other states and this phoenix is the worst
