I am new to Kentucky, and my luck as I know it, I had car trouble with my 2018 Chrysler. So I stopped in O'Reilly's for help. Jason Tubbs was the person that went above and beyond for me. He spent the time with me to help figure out the problem. It ended up being the battery, even tho it tested good more than once. Because of that, I was going to take my care to a dealer, which we all know is just crazy money, which I do not have.
