Imagine waiting in line, waiting, waiting, and little more waiting. It took a good 15 minutes to get any acknowledgement, and then when I did, I was told they had to order the item. Went in here having a/c issues. Talked to Zack, who was very patient with me, as im no machinic, and even sent me to a local shop who could help me today. This guy had knowledge and patience. On the hottest day of the summer. Great experience. Ill definitely be back.
