RecommendedUnfortunately today at an appointment, my dad accidentally locked himself out of his truck. Across the street was an O'Reilly's- so as our only hope we walked into the store and asked for help with something to unlock it. Within 15 one of the employees was at the truck and unlocked it for us, FOR FREE! I'm very impressed, it turned what could have been a bad day into a good one. Thank you O'Reilly!
Good prices and good customer service here
this place sucks so bade the parts are ok but the help if that's what you can call the lazy people that hang out there and dont went to help you look up parts or even ring you up if you just went to pay for sum thing and good for bed you went to talk to them about what you need for your car or if that lololol know anything about ummmm anything just go to AUTOZONE NEXT STORE and you will at lest not wast there time or yours the one star i needed to give this hole is one star to many
Great local place here in Redding to have good ol fashioned customer service! Alan went above and beyond helping us with not only the tools to replace our blinker bulb but he came out and made sure we were able to get it in! Thanks Alan! We appreciate the great customer service :-)
