As my son and I were leaving the chipotle in the same shopping area, my car started to jerk and then it slowly shut off. I wanted to give the new store a shot even though there are several other options nearby. I was looking for a gas cap and mirror for my truck, simple enough. I went several days because they kept giving me the wrong parts and I had to make three returns. On the last return, the manager gave me a credit for the item but refused to give me a credit for the shipping costs. I was never advised by the clerk that the item was being shipped. Very friendly staff. Clean, well organized store. Competitive pricing.
We were traveling from out of state and needed a new battery. I stopped in on a Sunday at lunch time and said I wanted to buy a battery and asked if he could install it. He wanted to look at it and said I would need a mechanic because it would take too long. No other customers in the store and I saw another employee working. Mavis Tire down the street took care of me and was much more friendly and helpful.
