Nice people to help you with your needs
I returned an incorrect part, and tried buying the buying an upper control arm for my truck. The employee (red hair with glasses) told that my truck doesn’t have an upper control arm and tried selling me another part instead. I knew he was wrong so I just left. I went to Advanced Auto Parts up the street and got the part I needed within 5 minutes and they were super helpful. I realized after that the employee from O’Reilly’s only gave me half of the refund I was supposed to get, but I’d rather just not have to deal with him ... read more
