Good customer service is getting hard to find, but there is a young man working at this location, that is a rare gem. His name is Jordan and he seems to carry the store. He isn't just there to punch the clock, although his work buddy seems to be. On each visit and call he has been fully engaged, helpful and professional. love the place. better then auto zone who sold us the wrong parts. Shane was awesome. not only did he sell us the correct parts but he offered to take the time to show us how to replace the old part with the new one. then before leaving we asked about our turn signal which he was able to dignitaries right off the bat bad bulb. so he went for us the right bulb and offered to replace it as well. so happy he did otherwise it would have taken us forever just to get to the bulb had to take the headlight completely out. They were very good, very understanding. They did not question a woman buying an RV battery who knew what she needed. They were also very helpful with the return of the core.
