Excellent service at O’Reilly Auto Parts! Jordan went above and beyond by testing my battery and changing my cabin air filter right before closing time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out and make sure everything was taken care of. If you stop by this store, ask for Jordan, you’ll be in good hands!

Had a flat and pulled in the parking lot, just 3 minutes after they closed. Javier and Shane were working. They kindly opened the door to ask what I needed. I’m handicapped and couldn’t do it on my own. Both of them were amazing and quickly got to work getting it changed. Amazing customer service, above and beyond!!!!!! I thank them so much for the assistance! These gents need serious recognition for how amazing they are!!!!
