Great customer service!
I called yesterday for a part. I was told it would be "held" for me and when I got there it wasn't. It's a new store. They need to learn that having a part ready is Customer Service and the difference between customers shopping there or their competition.
Enjoy having a new (2nd) store in Kingman. Employees at the new store are just as helpful as those in the original store. I've used O'Reilly's for quite a few years now. And expect to use them for many more.
