I had the best experience ever with Justin, an O'Reilly Auto Parts employee. He helped me find the best price on a new battery. He installed the new battery and checked the alternator. He was very courteous and helpful. He was very patient, friendly and answered all my question. Justin has excellent customer service skills and I would highly recommend him for a management position should he be interested. Thank you again Justin for being so patient, kind and helpful......
