Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Took a few days, but finally got my refund on a core charge from an alternator and a quart of transmission fluid. I don't know if this would have been the case had I not complained, so not going to speculate much about that. Overall the staff have been very good. I'm not going to name the two which I kinda question, just going to say that one of those is definitely vindictive in a gaslighting type of way, I guess to conceal the attitude problem, the other is just young and fits the mold of one who would partake just a little... read more
Yesterday (7-21-2026) I took back a quart of transmission fluid which I ended up not needing along with an alternator core. I bought a new alternator and battery, along with various items prior to this. Dropped almost $1000 on the overpriced items. (Way over price for the non customer service I must add). When taking the core alternator and transmission fluid back, I supposed to get a little over $50 in total back. They didn't want to just do the right thing and refund cash, instead they wanted to add it to my bank debit. Ok... read more
Don't have a problem with the employees or anything but I spent alot money on a car repair, one thing was for an alternator. I took the old alternator back for core charge. Here is where the problem is, for whatever reason I can't get actual cash back. I paid with a debit, not credit, still have zero money put back into my account for a core charge, they have the alternator, and the receipt records, but I have a bank account with no money refunded by them. I hate to be this way but sick and tired of these large corporations ... read more
