Hi, if you want excellent customer care, go see Paul at the NSB store! He went above and beyond in helping me! He put my wipers on. I left the store and found a better price somewhere else.I came back to get a refund, but Paul matched it! Amazing! I recommend this store highly! :)
We were on our way down 95 when the temperature gauge went up and we started seeing smoke. We pulled off and found Matthew at O'Reilly's! He was the sweetest, kindest and most helpful person! He definitely saved the day! Thank you so much Matthew!
2025: O'marhe and Michael gave great service and demonstrated their knowledge of the products well. very friendly and made sure I was in and out in less than 3 minutes with everything I needed Edit including 2026: Love this location. Yes, I’ve been meaning to make this review for a couple weeks now I’ve been slammed. i’m very mechanically inclined on regular motors. I had a diesel 6.7 3500 ram turbo, The turbo boots clamp side broke their special grooves in for him. also, I needed some bolts for the manifold. There was a couple missing. Was there at the store a few times couldn’t get it correct. Mr. Gregory, Washington, Every time he’s there, he’s very diligent.
