It is rare in this day and age to have truly exceptional customer service but here at this local O'Reilly they do a fantastic job. Larry helped me obtain the parts I needed. So often now employees are not subject matter experts of the items they are selling and it is refreshing to work with someone who knows the industry. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and their level of both knowledge and care.
Mike here, was kind and thoughtful. He helped me out big time. If I could give 10 stars to him, I would. Thank you a TON Mike. I super appreciate your help. Get some warm gloves too ! Haha
