Chose this O’Reilly location simply because I was in the mall area and so glad I did! Had a battery issue that Isaac immediately jumped on making him work well past their 9pm closing time. In fact, both young gentlemen were working their U-NO-WHATs off which was extremely pleasant to witness given the “entitled” era of children we have created. Integrity at its finest! Excellent service, excellent knowledge, excellent job gentlemen!!
Went yesterday to help a friend with their air filter- older gentleman didn't listen well and initally gave us the wrong one but a different employee helped us exchange it with no issues or hassle. Quick friendly service, no wait or long line, in stock. :)
Had what I needed thanks
In this store they need more personal staff because I when in there asking for a warranty and the way he responded wasn't right we as customers pay more to have that warranty if not we will just order online we're is cheaper or do I really have to change to Auto zone if I'm an O'Reillys guy been loyal for more then 10 years
