Mark was VERY rude and incompetent, doesn’t even know the difference between a starter or a solenoid. Very condescending and unwilling to listen or help costumers.
Another store had made a huge mistake and sold me time bombs and it cost me a lot of lot of problems a lot of emergencies and I happen to be treated well at this store and able to fix the problem thank you
First came to store at time of opening and was locked and open sign on. They didn’t open or say anything while there are 3 people talking in the store. Waited for 15 mins finally Sergio comes out and said don’t have power to make transactions but the Store has lights on and open sign is on. Told them they might want to turn off the open sign.
