I bought wiper blades online and they installed. It was a very good visit.
I rarely leave Google reviews, but this experience just didn’t sit right with me. I placed an online order for a quick pickup, but when I arrived, I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. The staff couldn’t find my order at first, and when I pointed it out, I was met with the comment, “Well, it’s a good thing you knew what you were picking up.” I did — because I knew exactly what I ordered and paid for.
