Good customer service. Always helpful.
Oreillys completely destroyed my rotor, and expects me to run this. I went to 3 different oreillys to have my rotors turned. The first two said their machines weren’t running. The third one said they could do it. 3 hours later and this is what I’m left with. The rotors had only 5000 miles on them, we are changing the pads and wanted the rotors refaced for the new pads. They claimed the rotors were warped, but they are brand new. My brother is a mechanic and went with me, called them out on ruining the rotor, but they refused... read more
The assistant manager is a pretty smart guy and knows the system very well. Listen up corporate....this guy deserves a raise and promotion 👏
