Has to be the worst oreily I’ve ever been too. Guys behind the counter messing around on bikes in the front having to wait for them to even tell them what I needed. Sent me to another store all have headphones on not helping customers. Just to have the other store send me back there because they had what I needed when they told me they didn’t. Then refused to help when I got back there.
Unprofessional as hell when I tried to call multiple times to give the name of a pickup person for a part I ordered. I. Hold for damn near 20 minutes. I called back and attempted to give the name and the individual at the desk immediately placed me on hold again mid sentence. Now trying to call and talk to a manager and can't even get through at all. I won't be doing business further this store
