It was great I appreciate the low prices
I recently ordered some parts over the phone from Genesis, who was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. However, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kem or Kent, supposedly the manager, at the store. Their customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. I hope to find a better experience at another store.
