This store has earned my trust as my go-to place for purchasing parts whenever I encounter an issue. The staff is not only friendly and helpful but also well-informed about the products they offer. While they may not have all the answers, they always make an effort to assist me during my visits. I truly appreciate this store and its dedicated team.
This is the 5th time i have paid for a part and received a completely different part. Then I received a "smart" reply from the manager Geoffrey because he overheard me tell another employee I've been waiting 1 hour for the correct part. Overall customer service is not up to par compared to other autoparts carriers here in town. I send 30-50 people to this store almost daily when my company does not carry a specific part they are looking for but that will change.
