Out of all O’Reillys in Fort Collins, this one is the absolute best!!! Every time I go here they are consistently helpful, and even do services (that most all other mechanics would charge a huge bill for) for free. Obviously if you need to buy a part or something it won’t be that way, but if you need something installed or just a minor fix, they are always happy to help. When my cars headlights went out and I came to pick up a new set Tom was an absolute legend and did everything in his power to get my headlights back up and running on my messed up car. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The staff at the Lemay location are very attentive and knowledgeable; they certainly go above and beyond to help their customers. The store is always well organized, stocked and clean. 5/5
The guy was so rude. Could not tell if he was not interested in his job or just rude to people of color.
