Came in today to return some things and get prices on parts. I was serviced by leigh. For the return i asked if i can have it back as cash she said no very rudely. When asking for pricing on parts she had a attitude, she didn't even tell me the pricing or availability she handed me a receipt paper and said have a good night.... I had to ask where the parts were. I can see why places like rock auto and other online car part vendors are getting more business than brick and motar stores.
Could use some kind of real experience to back the ones working that do in store.
