I came in under duress last night. My battery was dead. Mr Gary Williams was a great help. We tested the battery and found a short in it. We swapped it out under Warranty. He is an outstanding employee and he insured that O'Reilly will be my first stop in the future.
Always great service and very helpful. I love O’Reilly’s and never feel like I’m a bother to them with sometimes dumb questions when I’m trying to do things myself to save money. Other places make you feel dumb and talk down to you sometimes. I’d much rather go to a place that is more positive. Gary is awesome !!

Rebecca was an absolute life saver. She helped me in a time of desperate need. My car battery has died three different times on eighth street in Jacksonville Florida. My husband has been in the hospital for two weeks. He just underwent a major surgery and is now in ICU. I cannot thank Rebecca ,the O'Reilly team and management enough. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them! Thank you again!
