I went in there because I needed a tool to help me get into my daughter’s car, she locked her keys inside. Both guys were super patient and helped me figure out a tool that I needed, it worked!!! Thanks you all!
Came in to get an extraction socket set and when I went to go pay the cashier I handed him 100.00 bill and instead of saying sorry I don’t have the change or I can’t break that he said with attitude “YEAH NOT GONNA HAPPEN” safe to say I’m not coming back to this location. I did get the set because it wasn’t at the other store I went to but there was no need for the attitude. Desperately needs some training in customer service.
Very well organized and clean store with a helpful staff.
