I don’t review often but Brandon H the store rep that helped me went above and beyond to make my experience there fantastic. He helped me locate an item that I couldn’t find while also explaining to me why there was better options and why they were better. I’ve been to other O locations and they’re never as pleasant as this time. Brandon was the difference I highly suggest anyone if you come to this location ask for Brandon to help you.
Bought a battery 26 months ago with a 2 year warranty. As soon as the 2 years were up, it stopped working. Was told this time around to spend more money to cover a 4 year warranty, wish I would have know the first time. Over $200 for a 2 year battery is ridiculous.
Worker couldn't even spell celinoid.
