The employees were very friendly and helpful. I really want to point out that apart from the amazing customer service, the store was also very clean and well maintained. I’d also like to point out that whoever this Viktor Jumabayev is might not be the brightest and probably used to ride the short bus because if you don’t understand how their very simple and very basic warranty works then there has to be something wrong mentally. I came to an O’Reilly Auto Parts store with a battery that was still under warranty. I brought it in for testing, and the manager took it to the testing station, saying it would take about 15 minutes to determine whether it could be reconditioned or if it needed to be replaced. After about 15 minutes, even though the testing was not finished, he asked me if I had personally purchased the battery. I told him no. Terrible, overpriced parts that only lasted about a month. If you’re trying to get a refund or Exchange parts they don’t have the parts. good luck. They will open your engine hood. Tell you that nothing is correct in your vehicle… Even though they’re not mechanics. They have about a third grade education when it comes to vehicles.; Attitude Very unwilling to help in any regard. Do not recommend go to AutoZone.
