Normally, I would go to AutoZone because I get my rewards there But I had purchased a 398.00 battery at another O' Reilly's location and I knew that my mechanic had not installed correctly when I asked him to vent it( because it's located in the trunk, it wasn't connected at all after he was finished installing it, blaming my starter that he kept poking, So he jumped my vehicle sending me home from the shop. this is the worst Oreillys i did business with .. they will order and sell you parts knowing there the wrong parts just to get the sale ..when i went to puck up the part with my mechsnic it was the wrong part and her response was that the guy that sold it to me always sells the wrong parts to customers ..also when she ordered me the supposed right part from abother store in hollywood that i had to wait 4 hours for they sent the wrong oart aldo but in the right box lol ..horrible service from this store snd eould not advise a... read more
