I can’t express my thanks to Kenny at the Strafford location! We were traveling on the way home and the shield cover from underneath my car was dragging on the interstate. We got off the next exit and Kenny helped us get it tied up so we could get home. Thanks Kenny!
Good knowledge and service
Absolutely horrible experience at this location. While planning on tearing down my 94 Mustang GT differential, I called around looking for factory OEM Motorcraft gear lube and being one of the newer stores their online website show that they had eight quarts in stock. Just to verify, I called beforehand and talked to a gentleman who confirmed they indeed did have eight quarts in stock.
