Asked them to test a battery for me in which they told me it was good battery. I then spent the money to tow my car to a shop just for them to tell me I had a faulty battery. Paid for a diagnosis and new battery could have saved lots of time and money if they had done their jobs properly.
By far THE BEST parts store around, even out of other branches within. The associates are very knowledgeable. They ALWAYS go above their means to make sure you get whatever you came in for within reason. It's always a great environment and they treat you like family with the most respect. EVERYONE DESERVES RECOGNITION FOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Nice store, knowledgable staff. They knew what I needed and had it the next day. I tried my " go to store" (for the last 20+ years) across the street. They had no knowledge of what I needed and weren't able to help me. I have a new "go to" store now! O'Reilly's
