By far THE BEST parts store around, even out of other branches within. The associates are very knowledgeable. They ALWAYS go above their means to make sure you get whatever you came in for within reason. It's always a great environment and they treat you like family with the most respect. Nice store, knowledgable staff. They knew what I needed and had it the next day. I tried my " go to store" (for the last 20+ years) across the street. They had no knowledge of what I needed and weren't able to help me. I have a new "go to" store now! O'Reilly's

Walked in and seen three workers about 20 feet from me and waited patiently. After about five minutes of them, chatting incessantly about things they found online to purchase. I said hello they looked at me. I said hello again about two minutes later and still nothing. So I walked out and went to advance auto. I kinda understand why their parking lot is always empty now. I’m from the south and my mom taught us, ( me and my four brothers) you speak, you acknowledge someone -it’s common courtesy.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! I went in for a new battery and the guy behind the counter is trying to talk to me like im stupid and wanting to sell me a new alternator when I only need a battery. He was very rude, rolling his eyes and scoffing every time i said something. O’Reillys do better and tell ur staff to no intimidate females because they “look” like they don’t know what they’re talking about.
