Customer service is horrible. No explanation, phones ringing I walk in the store no type of acknowledgment. The lady Keyensis terrible, she sees me proceeds to pick up the phone while I am standing at her register. I needed my battery tested and was told no one was in the store to do it. Everyone in the store should know how to test a battery, they’re just lazy. I asked to speak with management she stated she was the manager. I asked for corporate phone number she walked away from me and did not return back. People like that... read more
