I guess I'm hooked on O'Reilly's
I'd like to say the manager at this location Johnnie is absolutely the best!! I called about a replacement battery for my vehicle. He was informative about the 4 different types of batteries made for my car. When my husband and I went in with the old battery he was quick to determine which battery would suit my vehicles needs. He was very friendly and efficient and provided service with a smile. I would definitely recommend this auto parts store. O'Reilly's should know that he is an asset to their team.
Needed a fuel pump for my truck. Called Auto zone and they quoted me a price of $600. Decided to check with O'Reilly Auto Parts. Spoke with Johnny, and he quoted me $300 for the same part with lifetime warranty. No more Auto Zone for me. Thank you Johnny.
Extremely Disappointed – Warranty and Purchase Record “Missing” I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location 5867. Workers are very helpful, they didn’t have our part so they called another location to make sure the had it in stock and made sure they had our account ready and everything! Went above and beyond for us.
