They SUCK! Customer service is -10. Need warranty refund of over $1800 since 5/20/2025. This is 11/18/2025. A/C compressor lasted less than a year the first time, (Indiana purchase) and less than 24 hours on the second one (Missouri purchase) and they ONLY refunded me for the first unit, no labor thus far. NAPA paid for labor and parts within 3 weeks when I had the same problem with the same part. Krystal in Auburn NY location said she would get it taken care of. Store is nice and neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked that I was able to find part online and then go into store and buy it. So helpful!!
