Extremely expensive for the 2 items I purchased.
Great help getting a new battery for my car. Shout out to Mario (i believe that was his name) on his first day! He did a great job helping us out Went back today for new wipers blades - gentleman at the desk offered to help pull up my size. One of the ones I needed was hiding but Shane was awesome and found it for me and installed it. Still a bunch of good people working there! Will continue to go back!

They SUCK! Customer service is -10. Need warranty refund of over $1800 since 5/20/2025. This is 11/18/2025. A/C compressor lasted less than a year the first time, (Indiana purchase) and less than 24 hours on the second one (Missouri purchase) and they ONLY refunded me for the first unit, no labor thus far. NAPA paid for labor and parts within 3 weeks when I had the same problem with the same part. Krystal in Auburn NY location said she would get it taken care of.
