I came in right after a snow storm to O'Reilly's in Gladstone with a dead battery. I went in and got instant help and purchased a quality battery and it was installed in less than 35 minutes. It was a great experience in a bad situation. Great place to get great help.

I was sold a battery that did not work for my vehicle. My car requires a 65 series battery, but the employee insisted that a 59 would work. They didn’t carry a 65 so that was my only option in the moment. I had over a MONTH of battery issues. I had to jump it EVERY TIME I needed to go somewhere. I ended up buying a $200 jump pack to ensure I wouldn’t be stranded anywhere.
