My husband went into the store to get some things he needed to work on his truck and Justin sat there on his phone and wasn't at all willing to help, but Sierra was right there asking what we needed and helped him to get everything he needed. Thanks Sierra for being so helpful. I only selected three stars because of Justin not at all doing his job while my husband needed help, but Sierra would get five stars if it were just based on her.
I had a great experience at O'Reilly, and I definitely want to give a shout-out to Sierra. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me and asked if I needed any help. She was stocking at the time, but she quickly finished what she was doing and came over to help me out. Sierra helped me look up exactly what I needed and even gave me a few great ideas for some DIY projects. Last night I got in a couple times for things and the male who was working was on his phone . Didn’t even look up ! How rude ! The female that was working she was mopping and stocking . He was treating her like Cinderella ! Do men here not clean ? Regardless it’s not good customer service to be glued to the phone while a customer shops . Common sense. The said female would stop cleaning and help customers while he was on his phone . Unprofessional! And unacceptable! Some people just go to work and fuck off to collect checks.... read more
