Needed a headlight bulb. NPD had already pulled me over once. I was heading to work and didn't want to get dirty. Bladon helped me find the correct bulb and quickly installed it for me.
I've dealt with O'Reilly's for the last 3 or 4 years on a commercial level and am highly pleased, especially with Bladen Frankie Justin & Guy. They hired a girl named SIERRA a few months ago. That was absolutely horrible. Was very rude to my wife when trying to get the correct part intentionally trying to tell my wife that my parts were not at the store. My husband went into the store to get some things he needed to work on his truck and Justin sat there on his phone and wasn't at all willing to help, but Sierra was right there asking what we needed and helped him to get everything he needed. Thanks Sierra for being so helpful. I only selected three stars because of Justin not at all doing his job while my husband needed help, but Sierra would get five stars if it were just based on her.
I had a great experience at O'Reilly, and I definitely want to give a shout-out to Sierra. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me and asked if I needed any help. She was stocking at the time, but she quickly finished what she was doing and came over to help me out. Sierra helped me look up exactly what I needed and even gave me a few great ideas for some DIY projects. On Sunday I came into this store more than once . The dude working was constantly on his phone and barely looked up to notice you . The female who was cleaning and stocking was taking the time to talk to me and help me with what I needed every time I came in. Props to hard workers , this dude could not be bothered to help or even look up from his cellphone . Horrible customer service unless he’s trying to make a sale .
