I came into the store on Tuesday 24 June, with a miss-fire issue with my truck. The personnel tested my truck and it showed a problem with cylinder 4 coil pack. They suggested i switch the coil pack with a different one, too see if it was a problem with the coil pack or something else. I switched the coil with another and brought my truck. Pack the next day to be tested again. When I returned the next day to have it tested the manager of the store is who I spoke with. He acted as I was bothering him.
