I went there to check my alternator and battery. I got the best customer service I could ask for. I didn't get the guys name but he was extremely helpful and kind. He was a man with a beard and glasses. I will take my business there from now on.
My husband and I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Nomar’s outstanding help. We came in right before closing, and instead of rushing us or turning us away, Nomar went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He quickly tested our battery, clearly explained the issue, and helped us get a replacement on the spot. Walked in with my service engine soon light on and got the best service possible from a female named Montana. I asked her multiple questions since I know nothing about vehicles, and she was able to answer everything I needed with my truck. From the thermostat to the code showing what’s needed to be fixed.
