I went into the O’Reillys at 8:30 at night to pick up a very specific Panasonic battery for a vehicle Andrew, who is a very young employee is very smart when it comes to mechanics he was able to go online figure out the proper battery even though it was a Panasonic from the factory to get the proper cranking amps and proper size to fit into a new vehicle Very impressed with his knowledge. It’s always comforting going into a auto parts store when the employees are very intelligent and actually Know how to work on vehicles
Andrew went above & beyond to help change my key fob battery & reprogram it.
