Anthony and Annie are two of the most professional, friendly and competant people there, both came out to my car, gave me advice, and said come back anytime I have a problem, so awesome!!
Racist location - just walked in, and I nicely asked for help looking for a windshield repair kit. Employee refused to assist me even when no one is in the store. But as soon as I am about to leave, they don't hesitate to jump out from behind the counter to help the white guy that walks in. This Veteran/Federal Employee (Me) will take his business to AutoZone.
Awful experience!When I asked for help with my car they made a rather not so funny joke and made me very uncomfortable!Never coming back here again.
Upgraded headlights & installed right on site with the help of store attendant. Job was a bit more complicated than the average head light change out due to vehicle configuration but we tackled it & all turned out fantastic. Both store attendants were helpful pre and post purchase and install.. OReilly's tops on my list! Other auto store barely acknowledged your existence when wondering amongst the aisles. Thanks O'Reilly's.
