Beyond grateful for the team at O'Reilly's. Anny, Kristy, and Mike were all amazing! Every time I come in, they're amazing! My alternator belt snapped, Mike was able to address the problem. The only part available was in NL, Anny drove to get it for me.. she wasn't even on the clock!!! Kristy was also super helpful! My battery died on my way to the mechanic, and Mike was sooo helpful. Great staff always my first stop for everything I need for my vehicles. Always very helpful staff
My mom and I went because she needed a new headlight bulb for her Subaru Forester passenger side. For those that don't know you have to remove a plastic cover to get to it. Another auto shop was trying to get hundreds of dollars to do it. It took 3 different people to try to remove the cap because we hadn't had to replace that headlight yet in over 10 years. If I could give a negative star I would. Came in to buy filters etc..rude cashier didn't acknowledge us at... As we waited for a good 6 mins in line. She proceeded to take someone who had just got in line before us. worst service ever.
