O'Reilly's on Main Street is great! I went to get a new battery yesterday and they were very helpful and efficient. The manager, Ever changed the battery for me and took the old one. It only tood about 10 minutes! Even though you can find a lower price for a battery elsewhere, the little extra you pay for the service included at O'Reilly's is worth it!
Caleb is so helpful and kind. He really helped this old lady out and took the extra time and effort to make sure I was happy and safe. Thank you Caleb. I sincerely appreciate it.
I have often come to Oreilys since auto zone is further away but Oreilys employee Jeffery made me reconsider visiting auto zone again. When I arrived, he took 2 phone calls before acknowledging me. I asked about an issue with my windshield wiper being damaged and he mentioned he couldn’t help… and when I asked him to come see it seemed like a huge inconvenience for him by his expression.
