I have often come to Oreilys since auto zone is further away but Oreilys employee Jeffery made me reconsider visiting auto zone again. When I arrived, he took 2 phone calls before acknowledging me. I asked about an issue with my windshield wiper being damaged and he mentioned he couldn’t help… and when I asked him to come see it seemed like a huge inconvenience for him by his expression. Custer service here sucks, they don’t try to do they’re job to help out customers. Bought a battery 4 months ago and it has been giving me issues, since it’s under warranty i decided to come here to get a new one since its close to my home. They told me i didn’t have a warranty and didnt bother to go thru their system to see when it was bought. It took me to drive to another location to deal with my own race. They pulled up my purchase within a few clicks and got me taken care of free of charge since they were able to locate... read more
