I purchased a pvc value for my nissan, it had to be ordered wasn't in stock. A friend picked it up for me but when I opened the box the part wasn't even close to what the valve on my car looked like. The picture on the box was exactly like the part on my car. I returned the part and was informed the picture on the box is only for show. While the worker was looking at the computer I saw the part I needed for my car but he refused to sell the part said it didn't go to my car.
Had headlights go out, came down to replace them thinking they were burned. After the new ones didnt work, a worker came out and offered to help find the issue. He went above and beyond and found out it was the relay, brought out a part to test it, and even gave me a refund on the headlights I didnt need. Absolutely amazing experience, and very happy to have this place close to home for situations like this.
