Kimberlee was an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR helped me beyond ask and expectation I needed to loan out a tool and they didn’t have it in stock, she knew my car was out of order and I had walked to the store so she drove to another location to get one for me to rent out(which was at no cost once I returned it) Kimberlee is the goat and I’ve never shopped at O’Reillys before, always been an autozone kid. Most service agents are cool but theres one guy, ..older gentleman with glasses that I have seen on several occasions have an "relaxed" attitude with buying customers,..been coming here several years and today he gave me bad experience , and will not come to buy here If I see him here servicing clients. I ordered paid for my part a day before, 10 bucks..I got unproffessional attitude, walked away and told him to keep my zhit, I dont need to deal with unproffessional people today...apparently he didnt want to look for my part
