The store manager DAVID was amazing! I was nervous and he stepped right in literally as he was on his way out the door to help me put in my new battery so I felt comfortable It was done properly… He’s a really good man and he knows what he’s doing when it comes to help with your vehicle 10 stars if I could. Friendly and helpful customer service
Stopped in to have my windshield wipers replaced, Oreillys had them in stock, and promoted “free installation” I asked the guy to put it on since they offer “free installation” he stated “I’ll try” … long story short he didn’t know how so I told him just refund me I’ll go elsewhere. False advertisement
Staff were super helpful and friendly. Very welcoming attitude
