Purchased a battery online to pick up the next day. Upon arrival I was “greeted “ by the manager David. That was the highlight of my visit, soon to turn South very quickly. I asked for the $300.00 battery to be installed as was expected. This is where things became weird. He complained that it was raining, maybe 3 drops every minute but insisted that I hold an umbrella over him to protect his poorly fitting company shirt. I went in today to check my battery as it went bad. Since I bought it about a year ago at this location I figured why not stop by and check if it was still covered under warranty. Well the "lady" in that location never really wants to help. This is not the first time I encounter the same attitude. She basically said she couldn't help and when I asked for the manager she said the manager wasn't there. I then spoke to a gentleman who confirmed she was in fact the manager.
