Customer service was amazing without being overwhelming. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.
Went in last week for a rear wiper blade. The young man that helped me was very polite and friendly. He even went outside and put it on for me. He also helped me pick out a good car wash, that his Pop uses on his sports car. Thank you Ziyah 🤠 for your excellent customer service. I'll be back. 😊
I came in on Saturday and when i got to the counter, i was met with a girl named rain who was on her phone when i walked, and after i stood in front of her for about 3 minutes she looks up and says can i help you with a repulsive attitude and when i asked her for parts she moped around as though she didn't even want to be here. Absolutely needs to be spoken to about this.
Went to get my engine checked at Oreilly auto parts and the store manager Francisco was kind enough to help me scan my vehicle. He gave me a print out of the problems also sold me what I needed to take to my mechanic for a good price he was very helpful and knowledgeable thank you so much. I will definitely be back to see him and his helpful team!!
I pulled in to O’Reilly’s for assistance on getting my battery tested and I came upon francisco and he was very polite and kind and was nice enough to test my battery and alternator and starter for free!! He also gave me all the options available for my vehicle for a great price and installed it for free as well. This is the kind of service that makes me want to come back thank you!! Francisco and good luck with the new promotion I can see why you you were chosen for the position
