Store was open later than others and had the parts I needed in stock. Staff had to hunt it down for us when the system couldn't identify the parts location. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you

I came into the store to buy a few tools and asked the employee at the front counter if they were returnable. He told me they were, and even advised me to try not to damage the packaging. Unfortunately, one of the tools required opening the package to use it. After trying it, I realized it was the wrong size and didn’t work for what I needed. Really bad customer service from Jose we went to check out with my brother he had like 3 items and when he paid Jose asked if we needed a bag and he just gave us the bag and we had to put the items in the bag instead of Jose putting the items in the bag and when I told him that he was supposed to put the items in the bag not just give us the bag for us to put the items in the bag he just laughed like nothing happened.

My check engine light came on and I was freaking out. But, the gentleman (I don’t know his name but he has an Ivy tattoo on his left hand) was able to do the free check engine light service and diagnosed the issue as quickly as he could. I was in and out of that store with a plan on how to fix my minor issue in seconds. He was cool, knowledgeable, and kind. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely come back again cause of him
