Today went to oriellys auto parts for the for the first time I was helped by Aida she was great her friendly service made me immediately feel comfortable she even went out of her way to install the window shield wipers she recommended not only did I feel comfortable i felt like I can give her my complete trust in guiding me on what's best for my car in the future so thank you Aida for being you Pietro
I went to this O’Reilly Auto Parts location to buy a headlight bulb for a 2010 Toyota Corolla. The employee insisted that my car required two separate bulbs for high and low beams, which is incorrect for this model. When I asked about the “free headlight installation with purchase” that O’Reilly advertises, I was told it did not apply, without a clear or consistent explanation. Went out of my way to help me with a bad starter. Had to do a couple exchanges. In the end, it was a poorly remanufactured starter that was the issue, but the staff here did a great job sorting it out.
Shawn went above & beyond to help me ,My battery was bad & he come out to my car, took out the old one replaced it & I was able to start my car immediately thank you for helping me ,I'm disabled and didn't know how I was going to get a new battery without o'rellys help thank you Shawn
Dealt with Max the assistant manager. Top end, customer service with support on a battery that he verified with a supplement company was not good. Direct contact stating he would go to my my vehicles battery. It confirmed the battery was finished. What I found was surprising, Max stated to me that he would take the battery out. When I was at O'Reilly's before this off of Dixie. They did not want anything to do with pulling a battery and that I had to pull it out. I'd would have.
