i cant say enough about their customer service. i was driving from LA to SF when my alternator started to fail and i lost power. i frantically searched auto parts stores along my drive and they had it in stock. i arrived and they offered me tools to install the part in the parking lot. after installing the alternator my battery was dead. they charged it up for me and got me back on the road.
Great customer service ! they got me the parts I needed to fix my vehicle I appreciate the staff for being very helpful
Bought 4 new spark plugs and an ignition coil, 3 of the spark plugs were broken and they either gave me the wrong ignition coil or a defective one causing me to have to spend an additional $500 to take my car to a mechanic to figure out what was wrong. Will never buy parts from them again.
