Had a bad experience here with the management while I usually frequent Oreillys in other cities stoping by here was a mistake. Incompetent workers and rude management that seemed out of their depth, and although they looked fully staffed felt unattended the entire time I was there. The manager there had a horrible feeling to him and spoke down at me the entire time I was there just trying to complete my transaction. i cant say enough about their customer service. i was driving from LA to SF when my alternator started to fail and i lost power. i frantically searched auto parts stores along my drive and they had it in stock. i arrived and they offered me tools to install the part in the parking lot. after installing the alternator my battery was dead. they charged it up for me and got me back on the road.
Great customer service ! they got me the parts I needed to fix my vehicle I appreciate the staff for being very helpful
