Had a break down at 2 this morning on our way to Lake of the clouds.. we are from Kalamazoo and both Pat and Jason went above and beyond to get us back on our way by bringing the part to us!!! We will keep you guys in mind for each trip from now on!!
I can’t say enough great things about the employees here!! Our vehicle broke down in the parking lot and they offered us cold waters and allowed us to leave our car for two days until we could have it towed… when we came with a tow dolly to pick it up, one of the employees plus an awesome customer helped us push it onto the dolly!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you guys for the best customer service ever!! <3
This post is specifically about the Harvey location. First off don’t forget they turn rotors so before you buy new ones see if yours are good enough to be fixed. Second the manger Pat and his staff are all great. Super helpful and a good group of people.
This a great store!! Located in Harvey Mi, it’s a perfect location and was much needed here. The store is super accessible, staff always helpful and products well stocked. The service people go out of their way to help you here and it’s super appreciated! An extra thank you goes out to Phoenix for his assistance in obtaining a mechanical fuel pump for my ‘81 jeep so quickly!! ->Hey corporate .. this location and all its service people are definitely keepers!! Thank you!!
