My wife visited the O'Reilly Auto Parts location in Harvey today to have her battery tested and replaced if necessary. She spoke with an employee named James. Her father has a business account with O’Reilly, and based on prior experience with company procedures, she was told the process should be quick and straightforward. I would give Patrick extra ⭐️"s if possible! Friendly, kind and helpful the minute I stepped in the door. He had my windshield wiper fixed and me back on my way home in a matter of minutes!! Best service ever!!!
I went this morning to have a battery switched out and was helped out big time by Patrick. He went above and beyond. There was one issue after another with my car terminal and he fixed everything. He was determined to get the battery in. I will always go to O'Reilly in Harvey. Thank you Patrick
