I took a rotor to another O'Reilly Parts in the AM to be turned, they called me at 1:30 pm and said their machine could not handle the large rotor. They told me to take it to the East Wendover Store. I took it to East Wendover facility and asked how long before I could pick it up, I was told 1 hour. I came back 1 1/2 hours later and they had not even started on it, seems 4 other rotors got in front of me. Racist? Good place to find parts. Was looking for window motor for my truck. I was getting tired of my window not working. They had the part I needed.
Eric was so nice! I asked him to check my battery because I’d been having some issues with starting my vehicle. He grabbed the tester and advised the battery needed to be replaced. I asked for recommendations and he showed me what was available for my make and model. He installed the battery in minutes and was a pleasure to converse with.
