Visited Different Store , Different City. Was very impressed with Customer service. Recommend making favorite when visiting 👍🏾
After Auto Zone wouldn’t sell me a battery for arriving 35 minutes before closing I went to O’Rileys for a battery. Guadalupe was happy to help, install my battery and spared one extra minute to torque my strut bar to specs since I didn’t have a torque wrench at hand. He did everything in less than ten minutes, friendly customer service. That’s the kind of employee you want in a store! Give that man a raise! I arrived at 9:40 and left ten minutes before they close… you gained a customer for life.
There was this young fellow (the manager Arion) in here today, including the young lady that was with him as well. We were on our way coming to that store within two minutes from the store the battery went out. He went out his way to help us with that. I wanna say thank you so much. You saved me from the heat.
