Great customer service here
I took a rotor to another O'Reilly Parts in the AM to be turned, they called me at 1:30 pm and said their machine could not handle the large rotor. They told me to take it to the East Wendover Store. I took it to East Wendover facility and asked how long before I could pick it up, I was told 1 hour. I came back 1 1/2 hours later and they had not even started on it, seems 4 other rotors got in front of me. Racist?
