Steven is very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me get the exact part I needed with ease.
Went in looking to purchase a few items needed for my car. When i arrived to talk to Eric (the professional service specialist advisor)they said he was fired and had been replaced. This (not so new) guy was rude and outright ignorant! I have been coming to this store for years and not once have i encountered someone like that , unfortunately i will have no choice but to look for better alternatives elsewhere until they find someone who has a real passion for their work and expertise in customer relations.
Very nice. Someone was able to find ehat I needed and then put my wiper blades on for me. I am so greatful for that. Saved me from having to go and do it myself.
