There was this young fellow (the manager Arion) in here today, including the young lady that was with him as well. We were on our way coming to that store within two minutes from the store the battery went out. He went out his way to help us with that. I wanna say thank you so much. You saved me from the heat.
Steven is very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me get the exact part I needed with ease.
Went in looking to purchase a few items needed for my car. When i arrived to talk to Eric (the professional service specialist advisor)they said he was fired and had been replaced. This (not so new) guy was rude and outright ignorant! I have been coming to this store for years and not once have i encountered someone like that , unfortunately i will have no choice but to look for better alternatives elsewhere until they find someone who has a real passion for their work and expertise in customer relations.
