I can always find what I need. Sales associates are knowledgeable and willing to help. Order online for pickup or shipping is easy. Don't be bias, the women know there stuff too. I only use O'Reilly.

The employee tried to sell me something different than what I was asking for. If she'd thought about it she might have suggested I get a single mirror like you put on your side mirrors for blindspots or bigger but instead she acted like she had no clue. Then she asked where I had gotten what I was trying to fix and I named off a couple of places and she said "there you go, you can buy one there". Which I thought was rude and unhelpful.
