Very professional employees, and super friendly.
I wouldn't be upset or give a 1 star if they had a replacement in stock now stuck till tomorrow for a ride to replace my brake pads. Center tx also does not have them. A common car around these parts its sad
I always wondered why this store had such a high turnover, until recently. .. The first time I saw this happen I brushed it off because everyone has a bad day now and then. However, I swear the last 10 times I’ve been in here the manager is either being rude to customers or treating the employees like crap. I’d live in a tent before I would let someone talk to me the way I have heard the store manager talk to the poor people that work in here. I always purchase online and pick up in store and its always a smooth deal
The customer service is wonderful. The only complaint I have is that this store does not honor or give points rewards to the customers as they claim they do not participate in the rewards program!??? Why do they ask for my phone number then?
