I had left an item the day before. Even though they had my number, they didn't call to let me I had left an item behind. I called and went over, and asked why they didn't call to let me know, all I was told was, "I don't know who had it". But they kept my item. That's the only reason for the 3 stars.
The associates helped me install my window wipers on a rainy day. I was very pleased with the help I recieved that day. Thank-you very much for your kind service! :)
Terrible employees don't know how to order parts right. I ordered my parts for my vehicle and said it would be in a week later. Next you know I find out they sent one of my parts back. Later on after I get all my parts they call me saying they gave me extra parts and tells me to return it. Beware don't order parts from here. Next time I'll order from AutoZone instead.
Customer service is always great working with David. He helps my business with quotes and is patient with me. Highly recommend David as your main parts guy. Give the guy a raise.
David has been a really great help finding parts for my truck. Great guy and is good at what he's doing. Great attitude and is friendly as always. Give the guy a raise he deserves it. He goes above and beyond.
