Parts guys were really helpful
On Saturday 8/2 I went to O'Reilly's in Omro, WI both employees went above and beyond with helping to fix my car. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative for their help.
This place is a wonderful gem to have in our little community! We had a jet ski battery issue yesterday, and expected to need to lug the jet ski all the way to batteries plus in Oshkosh. As we were getting ready to head out we thought of this place. Morgain was a tremendous help in locating the battery, removing the battery, and replicating the battery. O'Reilly's in Omro Wisconsin was a lifesaver! I was traveling down highway 21 from Wisconsin Rapids to Oshkosh. My "hot engine" light came on along with a warning bell. I pulled into O'Reilly's and turned off the car. I asked if they carried antifreeze, and of course they did. But warned me to let the car cool off. Special thanks to Morgan and Jamey for the help. Jamey showed me where the coolant reservoir was. We checked it, and "empty". We refilled to the line. The warning lights went off, and I made both legs of my trip. ... read more
