Good service
This store is big and offers a wide range of car parts, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I’ve become a regular customer, but every time I visit, I’m hoping that Alvaro won’t be there or that he won’t be the one assisting me. Either he lacks knowledge about car parts or he simply doesn’t want to help customers find what they’re looking for. His vague responses and unhelpful attitude only makes it worse. As a result, I’ve decided to go somewhere else from now on even if I have to drive further.
