Needed a new battery for our HRV. Richard helped me with testing the old battery, selecting a new one and finally the install. I found him to be courteous, personable, professional and very helpful. Hands down, the best parts store in town! The Cordova O’Reilly’s team is knowledgeable and truly dedicated to helping their customers. When my car threw a code, they worked together to narrow it down, talking through possible solutions and making sure I got the right parts.
