Hands down, the best parts store in town! The Cordova O’Reilly’s team is knowledgeable and truly dedicated to helping their customers. When my car threw a code, they worked together to narrow it down, talking through possible solutions and making sure I got the right parts. They even sent a driver across town to grab what I needed, and I had the part in hand within an hour. Their teamwork and commitment are unmatched. I had a fantastic experience at the O'Reilly's on Cordova! Jeremy, the friendly gentleman who helped me, was incredibly patient and helpful. I wasn’t quite sure what I needed (note to self: never tell your husband you’ll grab a part for him!), but Jeremy guided me through it without any frustration. Thanks to him, I walked away with all the right parts! Kudos to Jeremy for making it such a great visit! you have my business now.
I’ve never experience such excellent customer service as I experienced here. Faith and Jeremy specifically went above and beyond and completely out of their way to help me when my car broke down in the parking lot while I was visiting from out of state. They got my car up and running and helped me out in a major bind. They are the definition of hardworking, kind, and trustworthy people and O’Reilly is blessed to have them working for their store.
