I came over here because of a lack of service and parts at autozone. The staff at this store showed me how the wiper blades they were trying to sell me at autozone where the wrong size and not only did they get me the right size but they also help me install the wiper blades. Seth and the team working here have earned not only my trust but all our business. Oh and my immediate family has a combined 6 cars amongst us!
I was told they could order tire chains and have same day or early next morning. I was told it just did not get on there shipment. Apparently a common occurrence. Leaving on a trip to Utah, with no chains. Wasted my time with OReilly. Won't do that again. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. I guess the next level was not .
Use to be good service. Now it's gone down hill couldn't even buy what I needed beacuse they couldn't make change started with only 30 cash in a drawer. And manager didn't even pay attention to cashier or try to help just shrugged his shoulders.
